CANCELLATION POLICY
- Early-Access sign ups ($5199) are 100% refundable until Dec 15. After Dec 15, all purchases follow standard refund policy.
- More than 90 days before the trip: A $250 cancellation fee applies. A $1349 deposit will be refunded.
- 90 to 60 days before the trip: The $1,349 deposit becomes non-refundable.
- 60 to 30 days before the trip: A 70% cancellation fee applies.
- Less than 30 days before the trip: No refunds will be issued, as all arrangements and accommodations are finalized.
We allow you to transfer your spot to another qualified rider at no additional cost, pending approval by our team.
Exceptions for medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances will be handled case by case. Our goal is to ensure fairness to every participant and to the local partners who make this experience possible.
