CANCELLATION POLICY
- 90 to 60 days before the trip: The deposit becomes non-refundable.
- 60 to 30 days before the trip: A 70% cancellation fee applies.
- Less than 30 days before the trip: No refunds will be issued, as all arrangements and accommodations are finalized.
We allow you to transfer your spot to another qualified rider at no additional cost, pending approval by our team.
Exceptions for medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances will be handled case by case. Our goal is to ensure fairness to every participant and to the local partners who make this experience possible.
If the trip doesn't book at least 7 people, there will be a full refund issued to the riders that had purchased the camp already
