A New Pop-Up: Palm Beach No Off Season Hats

We’re excited to announce our next pop-up: Friday, September 27th from 6:00–8:00 PM at The Nix. This isn’t just any event—it’s the release party for our brand-new hats, a special collaboration with The Nix boutique.

How It Started

Nikki and I first crossed paths at Celis about two years ago. Funny enough, for the longest time we didn’t really know what the other did. A few months back, I was telling her about our No Off Season tee pop-up and she stopped me: “Wait, you make clothes? I’d love to carry them at my boutique in Palm Beach.”

That was news to me—because I didn’t even know she owned The Nix! After a couple of drafts and a few coffees we created the Palm Beach No Off Season hats. Fast forward six weeks, and the boxes landed on my doorstep. They came out even better than we imagined.

Why This Pop-Up Matters

From the beginning, we knew the release deserved something special. Nikki never had a grand opening for her store, and I’ve always loved bringing people together when launching something meaningful. So this collab felt like the perfect reason to throw a celebration.

Here’s what’s lined up for the night:

• DJ Brian spinning—honestly, I’d give him a lifetime contract to play every pop-up if I could.

• Celis Juice Bar serving fresh pineapple/watermelon margaritas (because I wouldn’t do an event without them).

• Bakes by Sam bringing the best banana bread in town.

Why I Love Pop-Ups

Pop-ups have become one of my favorite parts of building Ortega. There’s nothing like seeing friends and new faces all in one space, having fun, vibing to music, and walking away with something we made with love. It’s a chance to connect, celebrate, and put our garments directly into people’s hands.

The support from this community is something I’ll never take for granted. God has blessed me with the opportunity to build a business that not only shares my passion but also brings people together. And none of this would be possible without my beautiful girlfriend Analiese, my best friend Mitch, and all the people who want to see me win.

What’s Next

September 27th is going to be a night to remember—a celebration of collaboration, creativity, and community. I can’t wait to see you all there and share what we’ve been working on behind the scenes.
